Trusted ER provides Texans with high-quality, service-oriented, and exceptional healthcare. The Trusted ER brand was crafted to foster a sense of trust, responsibility, and service to their patients. People can get quality medical care in many places, but their promise is to treat people exceptionally, both inside and outside the facilities.
With service and environment more like a 5-star hotel than an emergency room, Trusted emphasized creating a brand that puts integrity first. That’s exactly what RBA ( acquired by The Uptown Agency in 2024) delivered.

The passion they demonstrated for their patients and the level of service they provide was not just lip service—this is truly how they feel about healthcare and how people should expect their healthcare to be. We crafted the tagline “People treated exceptionally.” to showcase that not only are you going to receive the finest in medical treatment from Trusted ER, but you’d receive the finest service and care no matter the industry.
