Cawley Partners was not only founded by Bill Cawley, but it was also built on his infectious drive to create opportunities for people who wouldn’t have them otherwise. Aftertime, he had built the trust of his business partners and was able to hire like-minded individuals to carry out his vision at his firm. Bill had successfully created something that was bigger than himself and was ready to deliver long-lasting impacts to his community.
However, the familiarity and comfort clients had with Bill made it difficult for him to allow his fully capable employees to do their job at their maximum potential. Although it was internally understood that Cawley Partners was shifting the focus to everyone else, it was time that this transition reflected externally as well.
This is how RBA (recently acquired by The Uptown Agency) made everyone believe that Bill was just one of the many faces you could trust at Cawley Partners.

We were tasked with developing a whole new brand identity that emphasized that Cawley Partners had grown into a highly institutional firm flooded with individuals who were consistently surpassing expectations. We also had to retain the same amount of warmth and humanity that anyone had come to expect from Cawley Partners.
It started with a tagline. One that could apply to every situation and left no question that the people working for Cawley were as capable and elite as they come. Could we find one?
