Indio Management has been a leading provider of professional property management services in Texas since 2011. They are inspired and driven to offer quality apartments, terrific customer service, and memorable living experiences. A local company that specializes in smaller, boutique properties, they have locations in the best neighborhoods throughout Dallas: Uptown, Oaklawn, Park Cities, Highland Park, M Streets, Lower Greenville, Knox-Henderson, Lakewood, Old East Dallas, and Oak Cliff.

Indio hired RBA (acquired by The Uptown Agency in 2024) to design and produce a high-level pitch book that they could leave behind when meeting with prospective clients about their services. They wanted something unique, and eye-catching, and for it to be true to the Indio brand and promise. We created a tiered page system that would be visually interesting to the eye, as well as utilized a soft-touch laminate finish that just feels so good when you hold it, enticing people to flip through the book and learn more about the great services Indio provides.
