We are excited to announce that RBA (now The Uptown Agency) has won The Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work two years in a row! We’ve placed among the top 20 micro-companies that had the highest employee survey scores this year. This is an honor that wouldn’t be possible without our talented employees.

We take pride that our company culture at RBA (now The Uptown Agency) is pivotal to creating a space that welcomes great ideas and award-winning work for our clients. Here’s what our CEO, Ross Cromartie, has to say about placing in the top 20 Best Places to Work:
